Today’s product is far more complicated than those of years ago. Thomas & Galbraith devotes in excess of 40 training hours a year to each technician to ensure we can safely replace identified replacement parts and uphold warranty provisions on installed parts. For consumer safety reasons and liability reasons we do not make operational parts directly available to consumers.
