Thomas & Galbraith Heating and Cooling Referral Program

We would like to ask you for your help. Advertising is a huge expense for us. We believe we’ve found a way to give our customers some of the advertising dollars that we would normally spend in other areas.

Here’s how our Referral Program works:

• After a completed service call we send out a thank you note that includes five (5) “Friendship Referral Gift Certificate” cards. We send these out after one service call annually.
• Each of the Gift Certificate cards will have a Code # written onto it. This number represents your specific customer number that is in our computer system. More information on this Code # below.
• We ask you to give four (4) of the Gift Certificate cards away to your family, friends, neighbors and relatives. (Keep the 5th card for yourself in case you need to call us again for service).
• If any of your family, friends, neighbors or relatives utilize Thomas & Galbraith for service, they need only to give the card to their Service Technician, who will then discount the service call amount by $25.00.
• When our office staff processes the service call invoice along with the Friendship Referral Gift Certificate card, they will identify your specific customer number.
• We will then send you a $10.00 Gift Card!
• Even if you use one of the Friendship Referral Gift Certificate cards for yourself, then….yes….we will honor a $25.00 service discount for you AND send you a $10.00 Gift Card.
• With all your cards processed, you will eventually receive up to $50.00 in Gift Cards PLUS a potential additional $25.00 discount on a service call.
